10 minutes in and nek minit*, all over

It's a touch hard to exercise when ones recently repaired knee decides that it doesn't want to cooperate with cardio. It also makes it hard to do sit ups when it decides to start sublexating. Not cool bro.

Stupid knees. Who needs them?


*Yes, I'm trying to be all hip and cool like the youngsters. Shut up and get off my lawn!
